Partner and co-branded locations (for example West End Tire, Tire Mart, Super Discount Tires, Palmetto Tire Shop, Midtown Tire, Piedmont Tire, Tire Barn, Garcia Wheels and Tires, Lee Tire, Direct Tire Zone, and others listed on our Locations page) may process your information when you visit or purchase at those stores.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Reservation and checkout data: store selection, requested appointment or hold details, Stripe payment session identifiers, and transaction status (we do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe processes card data).

- Operate phone systems (answer, forward, record, transcribe, and summarize calls for shop follow-up).
- Run AI-assisted tire fitment and search features (vehicle-to-size suggestions are informational; always verify against your door placard).
- Send marketing emails when you subscribe (you may unsubscribe at any time).
- Improve the Site, measure performance, train internal workflows, and maintain security and rate limits.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.
4. Marketing communications
If you submit your email through our footer or tire-finder forms, you agree we may send promotional messages about

message or by contacting us below. Transactional messages (reservations, receipts, account verification) are not
marketing and may still be sent when needed to complete a request.

6. Phone recording and AI processing
Calls to numbers associated with Orizaba Tires or partner programs may be answered by an automated greeting, recorded, forwarded to shop staff, and processed with speech-to-text and AI summarization to extract tire sizes, vehicle details, and service requests. By continuing a recorded call, you consent to recording and processing for operational purposes. Recordings may be stored on our servers and with telecommunications providers (for example Twilio). We use OpenAI and similar services for transcription and structured extraction; those providers process data under their own terms and security programs.
7. Payments (Stripe)
Online reservation holds and tire catalog purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data is collected directly by Stripe. We receive limited payment metadata (such as amount, status, customer email, and session IDs) to fulfill your order. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
8. Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure for the Site and APIs.
- Twilio for voice, SMS verification (staff login), and related telephony.
- Stripe for payments.
